Our collaboration with New England Cider takes a soured wheat ale and blends with 200+ gallons of fresh squeezed empire apple juice from Blue Hills Orchards in Wallingford and then applies the “Brut” process and mosaic/cascade dry hopping during fermentation. Sour, dry and complex, Low Hanging Fruit blends champagne, cider and beer to make a wildly unique drinking experience.
